I sent over detailed pictures and videos with a written description of damage. I did everything owner and website says. Owner and staff hangs up on you and does not answer any direct questions. I had to contact police Call the local Sheriff and report the incident on phone take 5 mins or less Tx 320-422-7800 Dispatch and Sheriff explained they are aware of the issues and getting alot of calls. Owner of company appears to be an Jeff Backer Minnesota State Representative And is the rep of the town the business is in. Give MN Attorney General an email also, ag.replies@ag.state.mn.us
