Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered winter safety cover, paid for it, and nothing but problems after that. Delays, excuses, hung up on, cut short without being able to finish explaining my concerns, lectures about being a "prideful woman" for questioning this man (Jay). Canceled order, refund process went from 5 days to 20 days to having to file a dispute with my bank, which I won. This guy talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. My advice is to avoid him and this company.
