“I was sent incorrect item. Spent weeks of emails and finally was told item discontinued. It is still posted on their website as available. The item was $290.00. Went to UPS to return, the cost was $300.00. Now I am stuck with the item. I will NEVER deal with this company again. I would advise consumers to avoid using this company. I will contact Better Businesses Bureau.”

“Worst company for customer service. Ordered part ( boiler for pool) and paid for it. Cant get a delivery date. They keep saying you will receive an email with shipping and tracking #. I was told this Three different times and never received a response.”

“I was hesitant at first, but when I couldn’t bear the obvious signs of infidelity that my ex-partner kept pushing to my face, I had no choice but to give the thought of hiring a hacker to hack my cheating spouse’s cellphone. Hiring a hacker was a lot more tedious and difficult than I had thought and anticipated. “Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered winter safety cover, paid for it, and nothing but problems after that. Delays, excuses, hung up on, cut short without being able to finish explaining my concerns, lectures about being a "prideful woman" for questioning this man (Jay). Canceled order, refund process went from 5 days to 20 days to having to file a dispute with my bank, which I won. This guy talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. My advice is to avoid him and this company.”

“Company ordered wrong pool. Said they’d compensate for all of the trouble with store credit. Kept dodging our calls and e-mails. I am expecting the store credit, as previously requested. This company has lied and avoided! I have phone logs and emails. Terrible business and jay Backer is a crook”

“I would give 0 stars if allowed. DO NOT order from this company. Rude staff. I ordered a pool part. Sent wrong part. It was a nightmare to deal with them. They charged me a restock fee when I sent back the wrong part. Blamed it on the factory they bought part from.”

“We first purchased a pool in 2020, which took a long time to arrive due to the demand due to Covid. This pool was damaged when a tree fell on it during a storm. We placed an order thru the website for a new pool. Quick and easy. It arrived a week earlier than promised.”

“On May 8th I ordered a filter for my pool. I was told it would be shipped in 1.5 weeks from their supplier in my state. I’ve made 6 calls over the last 6 weeks trying to get a delivery date without so much as a response. Today I called again and was told the order was placed with their vendor on 6/18. Just 4 days ago. When I asked them why it wasn’t placed when I ordered it they had no response. Needless to say I canceled my order and will buy it from another supplier. Terrible customer service.”
