“Purchased a pool, liner and pad. Waited 8 weeks to receive it. No communication from Familypoolfun. Received pool with wrong liner and no pad($100 pad) tried contacting them again and no answer. Spend your money elsewhere. you will have issues and they wont respond to help”
“Well, I wasn't going to write a review, but felt I should to help others in their decision process. It is a large sum of money that you may or may not ever get back.
Our pool journey started May 15th 2020! After countless, unproductive phone calls, emails and texts we finally received our pool, in DECEMBER 2020! Obviously we were unable to set it up. So, May is here, 1 yr later, and we open up our packages with much anticipation, only to be disappointed. NOT ONE THING I ORDERED WAS DELIVERED ..GRRRR! Missing the solar pads as well as the gorilla pad. Instead I received, what I call a "knock off". Absolutely no way to reference what I actually received. Called and spoke to Lisa, she said to fill out a ticket......done and now we shall see. I will post again once I get some answers! Good luck and I hope this helps.”
“I ordered a pool liner on the 4th of April said it would take 2 months, call after 2 months said it's going to be another 2 months. Not giving me any updates that this would happen. So far I would not recommend this company. Not happy at all.”

“Ordered a beautiful blue stylish 16 x 16 round pool liner in early March it is now May 15… And I still have not got my liner… Just got an email saying that I can’t have the color I want and I have to settle for ugly gray liner… And it is going to be another eight weeks!!! Not a good company!!”

“Purchased a Deluxe KIT with an upgraded liner. Was never told that the liner would ship separate. Went to install to find out liner is not here. Call and and was told it ships separate. Why would you sell a KIT and not send all of the parts? Was told on the phone that they will contact the vendor but have no idea when they will call back. So out the pools walls up to have to tear them back down. Wasted a Saturday and a few friends Saturday’s as well. Filed a complaint with the BBB and ordered an in stock (looking on Familypoolfuns site, the liner I paid extra for is out of stock). Hopefully get the money back for the liner and the upgrade fee. Hope to never have to do business with this company again. Buyer Beware.”

They lied to us for months and are selling products that they do not even have in their inventory to sell. Meanwhile they will lie, cheat, and steal to keep from refunding your hard earned money. They need to be SHUT DOWN NOW! They have used “COVID” as a ruse to line their pockets while unsuspecting customers suffer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS! They are quick to take your cash but will not give a refund! TOTAL CROOKS!!”

“It’s a Scam! Do not purchase anything from this company. I bought a hot tub at the beginning of the year. After numerous email and phone calls that were either not responded to, hung up on or I was fed some rubbish and given several false dates for delivery I still hadn’t received the hot tub after 2 months. I cancelled the order and now a month later I’m still waiting for a refund which they keep promising.in their own T&Cs it says within 14 days. Read the reviews in trust pilot. Do not believe the reviews elsewhere. This company is a scam, you have been warned! I am now taking legal action against the company, along with many other by the looks of it.”

Additional Hidden charges $50 plus another $30 to take it off the delivery truck... additional fees for CT residents, and Addition charges upon delivery for the truck driver!

“The website is nice with detailed descriptions of the pools. The packages you have put together makes it easier to get started. Great Customer Service! They are helpful and knowledgeable. They provided updates that there were delays in the shipment because of the shortages of pools. They assured us we would get the pool and we did. Took longer then we liked; however, the wait was worth it and the family is enjoying the pool.”
