SECOND UPDATE: We returned the chlorinator that they mistakenly sent, and they will not refund the shipping portion. It was their mistake, they should refund the shipping, too. Jay (the owner), promised they would refund the shipping, too, but two weeks later, still no refund. What an awful, scam of a company, and the rudest, smoke-rasp-voiced customer service people ever. They should be shutdown and prosecuted. UPDATE: We received the replacement part, and it was the same one we received the first time! Unbelievable! This company is THE WORST company. Again, DO NOT patronize this awful business. Service after the sale is definitely not this company's motto. Once they have your money, forget about Customer Service. After sending the wrong part, my wife has called four times, and I have called twice, and the salesman (Jay) has never returned any of our phone calls. This seems to be a trend with this company, judging from the other online reviews I have read. If not for the pool installer's endorsement, I would never have used this company. There are too many online pool supply pages to waste your time on this one. Stay as far away from this company as you can!
