Fantastic service, staff were friendly and keen to help out when I mucked up my order and replied immediately to my email. Was sorted very quickly and my order arrived very quickly too. Couldn’t have been happier. Also I had ordered 2 pairs of dress boots to replace identical ones I bought before because I was so happy with the quality and durability of them. I had worn them almost daily for work for a year and was very pleased to be able to reorder the same make/model so conveniently. Jenny
