I had to return the shoes I bought online during lockdown. I didnt have the actual invoice just a copy of the email I was sent saying thank you for your purchase that also had the details of the shoes and the price I paid. The lady in the store (possibly the manager) asked if I had the actual invoice but I said I never received it. She was a bit abrupt and didnt believe me so she just put the refund through quite annoyed and dismissive and kept cutting me off when I spoke which was disappointing as I like the products you have.
