Very happy with my experience with Famous Footwear. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online with one being too small. I stopped by Mt Gravatt store to exchange for a bigger size and it was simple and easy even though I didn’t have my receipt (unsure if that comes with the shoes when delivered?).
