This is the worst company I have ever done business with, waited for over a month for 1 shirt to ship. Then it's sent to the incorrect address, I called usps and they confirmed it was sent to the wrong address (eventhough my invoice has the correct address). I was told no refund because it was customized 😕. Hello you didn't send it to me. Then the nerve to tell me they will just discount a future purchase ..... I will never place an order with this company again! They have 24 hrs to refund my money or I will just dispute it. I have emails confirming it was not sent to me. What kind of company admits to a mistake then won't provide a refund. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing. Whoever is reading the reviews don't make the same mistake I did.
