They lied about where they are located. They manufacture in China which means you don't see your product for almost 3 weeks???? I ordered costumes for a party and they wouldn't cancel the order when I told them FROM THE START it needed to be here by March 6th and I paid for expedited shipping for this. They only sent out the order on the 6th, and that meant it will not be here by tonight. They are a scam! They want a $20 fee to cancel an order they could have cancelled prior to production. This cost me so much I'm taking them to court!
