placed a large order 3 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I'm okay with delayed production but every time I reach out to customer service, they have said it is on its way and it clearly is not. They've given me a tracking number as well but UPS is not in possession of the item. I wish they were more honest about production and ship times so we can plan accordingly.
