I have never experienced better customer service in my life! These people are amazing, understanding, and incredibly helpful! They offered to create a mock-up for me, and when I changed my mind after they finished, they made a new one in a different color. I ended up ordering the wrong shade, just a different green, but I didn't realize it until two days after placing the order, while showing the jerseys to the girls. I emailed on a Sunday night and received a response on Labor Day morning. When I contacted them during business hours, they immediately responded. She mentioned she wasn't sure if they could make any changes since it had already gone to production, but she would try. Did I mention I also ordered the wrong size? Overall, I made a mess of things, and the jerseys wouldn’t have matched or fit if I had to keep the ones I ordered. However, Madeline emailed me the next day saying she was happy to let me know they could make the changes. I reviewed the revised version, and everything was perfect! They had every right to charge me for my mistakes, but they went above and beyond to help. I haven't even received the jerseys yet, but after that experience, I had to leave a review. This is how all customer service agents should act—like they genuinely enjoy their job! Thank you to everyone who helped me online, especially Madeline, for going the extra mile! I would recommend this company a million times over! Thank you for your understanding and compassion.
