I recently placed an order for a high school club that totaled over $600. After receiving no status update for nearly two weeks, I reached out to customer service via the Fansidea website's chat feature to inquire about my order. I was then informed that my order was canceled (without my knowledge) due to a pricing error (even though I ordered directly through their website, so how could there have been a pricing error??) and was told that I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days.
To make things even worse, my repeated requests for a confirmation email detailing the cancellation of my order and the status of my refund have been ignored. I have sent multiple emails and chat messages that have gone unanswered. I have tried calling, but my calls go straight to voicemail, even during their posted times of operation.
I have now contacted my bank and I’ve begun that process of filing a claim to dispute the charge, which can take up to 90 days.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Avoid at all costs because if something goes wrong with your order, it appears you'll never get your money back.
