Fantastic Services are not to be trusted!
As a member I’d used fantastic services several times. Due to a recent COVID infection, I had to cancel a service for the safety of those doing the job. They charged me £184 and have refused to give any credit or reimbursement. Ridiculously poor customer service.
They outsource other companies for the majority of jobs and take your money in process. Go directly to the local company to save yourself time and hassle!
