We just moved to London and received a recommendation from a trusted friend to use Fantastic Services. During the process, the cleaner wore a mask, explained everything he was doing, and was careful and efficient. It was an excellent job with absolutely no problems or issues. He was not particularly noisy or bothersome during the cleaning. We followed the cleaner's instructions and let the carpet dry, which it did quickly.
