Scamers.
They never informed of the terms and conditions or any cancellation fee.
They never send a confirmation email.
The cancellation fee they want to charge is the same as the fee they want. When you want yo cancel, you receive emails but not to confirm the booking 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
