End of tenancy cleaning with carpet cleaning was not great. There are smear marks left on the appliances and the baseboard of the kitchen was not cleaned. There was also dead flies behind the curtains in the bedroom where the carpet was meant to have been deep cleaned. EDIT:16/4 - I contacted the company and they sent a second cleaner to come to the property to amend what was missed. The earliest they could clean was the Friday, which I do wish they could have come a day earlier but I understand that they had no available staff. The customer service agent named Tina was extremely helpful and responsive and I am glad to have had her as a customer service rep.
