I got a very polite and thorough boy to clean my oven. He did an amazing job and I was just WOW, never seen this appliance so clean. I also book a gardening services for my mother's lawn and paid in advance. Unfortunately a week before the appointment something came up and I had to cancel. No troubles at all and the prepaid amount was refunded in full the next day or the day after.
