This was one of the worst services I've ever used.
I joined the membership as I needed the removals service as well as the end of tenant clean.
The removal service team were very unprepared for the job.
They were unhappy to find that I was on the second floor with a whole flat to move and were unfit for it too. I ended up carrying half of it myself in order to keep on track. I even had to get a friend to help them bring down a wardrobe. The team worked hard but I don't think they were properly briefed at all.
The end of tenancy clean was a ridiculous situation.
The cleaner was 2 hours late and did not notify me. It stated on the app that he was on the job which was a lie.
When he turned up he was on his own which was also not what the company had stated. You should at least be two for such a task.
I let him in and left him to it when I got a call from my neighbour saying that she had found our front door wide open as well as my flats. She waited for him for ten minutes without success. I had to then return to the flat. I called fantastic services yet again but without success seeing as you can never get through to them.
An hour and a half later, they called saying he was locked out as he was moving the car. Again there was no phone call from him or the agency as soon as this happened. It took them that much time to notify me. So I went back again to the flat at 4pm and he agreed that he wanted to get the job done. He ended up staying until 9 pm!
The next day I went there with my agency to see if they were satisfied with the clean and unfortunately a lot of places had not been tended to. I notified Fantastic Cleaners immediately which forwarded me to a complaint page where i put photos and details.
they took 24h to suggest a new clean.
Considering that this is an End of tenancy, they should be aware that time is of the essence. We had to hand our keys out the next day and all they could offer was two days later! We then had to turn to our agency and ask them if it was ok to clean after having already handed our keys two days before. We agree and then it took them again another 24H to respond to that!
It was all set for the Friday and then I got a call saying that the team had covid so nothing was available until the Monday! Again I had to plea with my agency.
On Monday, they were expected to pick up the keys at 9h30 at my agency.
At 11h30 I got a call from them saying that no one turned up. I tried calling Fantastic Cleaners several times but they were unable to deal with the issue. They could only forward on the message to the complaints department.
Four hours after they were meant to clean got a call from the complaints department stating that the cleaners went to the ER. This situation happens but the fact that no one notified me until 4 h later is shocking. So then they said they would send yet another cleaner on the Tuesday. This is 8 days after our initial first clean at this point. The cleaner apparently turned up and cleaned for an hour. Considering I had sent them a detailed list of what was to be done along with photographs this again is unacceptable. The agency went to have a look again and some of the work was again not done.
This lack of quality and professionalism is shocking. Not only are the cleaners not trained properly but the costumer service is absolutely appalling. I have spend so much time chasing these guys, spending half my time on the phone.
I complained to them again and they offered me the general £30 compensation.
I would Avoid this company like the plague. It is definitely not wroth your time or money.
