I was contacted by a lovely customer service personal who went through all the details of my experience and not only apologised for all the inconvenience but facilitated a refund of membership. I was really glad that a customer 's views were acknowledged diligently by someone from the team . I appreciate this effort.
Original experience -Unfortunately my expectations were not met at all. Though during membership I was told every service could be provided in my postcode and within the next day but whenever I went on to book it, it was either not available in my postcode, or it was too late to book( even if more than 48 hrs notice) or you have to pay extra eg for transport of removal van from London to Manchester. The handyman n gardners didn't cover my postcode and end of tenancy cleaning couldnt be booked. So basically after paying the full membership I only got a one of cleaning service. I am always told, we can provide you all other services but unfortunately it's never the one I ask for.
