I have been going in circles to arrange refunds for my clients for over 1 month now with your supposed customer service/complaints handling team.
The wrong client credit/debit cards were charged numerous times and despite me doing all the admin work to figure out exactly what was charged incorrectly and providing a clear resolution with a breakdown of the charges we are still going in circles and have not been refunded.
FS have acknowledged that the charges were incorrect, but now say we must wait until they are refunded by the third party contractors to provide us with the refund. Our relationship is with FS - not the contractors - so this is totally unacceptable.
This firm have now cost me a client and reputation due to their total incompetence - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS - they will not refund you for their own mistakes.
