Recommendation: Avoid
We were very disappointed with the 'Fantastic Club' Membership service.
The marketing webpage says that by becoming a member you will be able to "apply 30 credits to 10 different bookings to get £30 OFF the price total of each one".
We only want to have the cleaning service - and we interpreted this as meaning that the 30 credits can be used 10 times for cleaning services.
In fact buried in the Ts&Cs it says that a different type of service group has to be used each time i.e. it can't be used for the same service several times.
It's fine to have a rule like this - but I was really disappointed as the marketing webpage didn't explain that rule at all. We found out too late and the company won't refund the membership fee.
Writing a marketing webpage which doesn't match the Ts&Cs seems to be a way to try to mislead potential customers. We felt scammed. I'm wondering if this is possibly in breach of consumer rights law.
It is completely self-defeating to treat customers in this way - the only thing it encourages is for us to tell everyone not to use your service.
