I travelled to Ldn to complete 2 minor works in my flat. I booked Fantastic Services for that. The window cleaning was cancelled last minute with no other alternative option during the 3 days of my stay. Even worse was the gardening. A guy came in as scheduled and said he was going to park the car. Never came back. After much struggle I managed to reschedule for the next day. Never showed up. No apologies.
This company rely on people they do not control, therefore being a disaster. I would strongly recommend to avoid using it
