Very down to earth and honest to ensure my expectations were managed very processionally. Clear explanation as to what he was going to do and why with successful results. My sofa and arm chair is suede leather - so care was taken as the types of chemicals used that led further testing which were far more successful. Customer service ( not the contracted professional who did the work - he was excellent) were not very helpful when I called them with regards to my intail concerns after the intail test was not successful in cleaning the items. The impression I got from customer serivce was that if I was not going ahead with the serivce I would be still be charged the full price. This is unacceptable and I would expect a percentage deducted but charged full price for a serivce I was not going to take up! Hence the 1 star! Nevertheless, the contractor was very professional and able to try other cleaning techniques that led to an acceptable service and results. 👍
