I'm happy with the resolution from Fantastic after they responded to my review.

I booked an hourly service (After Builders Cleaning), based on an estimated number of hours. The cleaners did a pretty poor job, but more importantly they only spent 50% of the estimated hours. So I'm owed a 50%-ish refund, but it's impossible to contact a human at Fantastic to get a partial refund.
The lack of ability to contact a human is shocking!
- Their AI chatbot promises callbacks which never materialise, and refuses to give a phone number or email address.
- There's no reply from their phone ticketing system or online complaints page.
- Even the customer service twitter account doesn't reply.
