Do NOT use this service.
I contacted for a deep cleaning of my apartment. That is all I wanted and somehow their sales people managed to talk me into some membership thingy, a mistake on my part for sure but they were very insistent about it. In my quote I specified I needed the couch to be cleaned well… that’s another fee, okay fine. 2 separate services for the next day.
Next day: no one shows up. I call and they tell me that the couch person got held up somewhere else and the other team… oh didn’t I know they declined the job? No, I sure didn’t. They claimed they sent an email— they also didn’t. I need to first get pest control because I had admitted we just found fleas on my cat. Needless to say pest control costs twice the amount of the deep cleaning and some dude would come check the place out, assess then do it… whatever, no thanks, this is something you do yourself with a spray, I don’t have a single flea bite we’re not infested.
The couch person however is still coming! A day after.
Day after: no show. I call, this time the machine broke. Sure… but tomorrow surely they will come!
Third day again no show, this time they claim there was no parking and I don’t have parking spaces near me (I do), but no of course I’m wrong. At this point I’m fed up and I ask for a refund for everything (they had already refunded the deep cleaning at least).
In the end not only they can’t refund the couch service (which to them I canceled… because getting 3 days of no shows for them is ME canceling somehow) but I also have a CANCELLATION FEE. So I lost the ~£40 for the couch and also got a ~£30 cancellation fee detracted from my membership fee refund, so ~£50 instead of ~£80.
Basically I spent ~£70 and got nothing but a headache. So much for “fantastic” services!!!
