My cleaning was scheduled for 28th June (8–9am), but I received a cancellation notice at 8:28am — during the booked slot. This is unacceptable and caused serious disruption to my move-out.
The rescheduled appointment on Sunday, 29th June at 1:00pm must proceed without exception.
There is no flexibility in my schedule.
