Not Trustworthy! The cleaner broke our glass coffee table, denied it, and inferred that my partner and I are lying about the whole thing, as stated in the below response from their customer care (as I received it):
"Please be advised that on the day of your service the cleaner gave us a call right when she saw the broken table.
She called the office to let them know before she started to clean this area.
Please bear in mind that in situations like that, the cleaner is allowed not to clean the area of concern as it is not
safety for herself.She as a good professionalist did clean it despite the fact that she could get hurt.
We spoke with her and she told us that she did not broke the table.
Please be advised that all of our cleaners are insured and have PI(personal insurance).
Please bear in mind that there is no reason for the cleaner to lie because even if something goes wrong they are insured and
the insurance company will cover the damages made.
Given the circumstances the cleaner denies to take any responsibility.
We as a company cannot take any side but due to all the facts stated earlier we can not take any further actions.
