A technician from the company did a great job on our carpet, which hadn't been cleaned for over 3 years. We were impressed by the cleaner's knowledge and attitude. He explained everything regarding what to expect, the drying-out time and the method he uses.
The result was really good and we were impressed by how like new the carpet looked.
