The company does not even deserve 1 star. It is, without a doubt, the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. My experience with this company has crossed all boundaries of rude and unprofessional behaviour from their side. After the horrible service, they overcharged me an unauthorised amount even after complaining. I have tried to get in contact with them EVERYDAY since and I receive the exact same message everyday about the fact that they'll call me soon and it has been more than 3 weeks. Their customer service was running after me when i was yet to book a service and now I'm lucky even if i get a response in a whole day. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourselves the misery guys.
