Before you decide to use the company, read their negative reviews. Positive probably were bought.
Their engineers have very poor English so don’t be surprised if you will have to buy a new appliance after their visit and pay £85.00 for a 5-minute visit on top of that. They will mislead you into thinking that £85.00 will be included in the price of repair and in my case they did not mention that the fee is non-refundable, they have informed me about that after I asked for a refund.
If you ask for a refund you will have to deal with 3rd party company such as "DOMEX LIMITED" that actually to your surprise does not charge a fee for the visit, and are misleading people and refuse to refund the money they charged you for service they did not provide. Fantastic services will simply redirect you to that company rather than dealing with the problem themselves.
