Buyer beware! I wanted an end-of-tenancy clean and decided the membership sounded like a great option for me and my tenants. Unfortunately, the website prices INCREASED after I paid the £79 to join their Fantastic Club Membership - this despite the confirmation email stating, "With Fantastic Club you can save £400 a year thanks to the preferential domestic cleaning rates."
Best to avoid -- or spend your valuable time calling them to make sure you get the right price! Avoid.
