Last week I booked a one-off house cleaning plus antiviral sanitisation for yesterday on their website. Every step was clear, and the whole process is straightforward. I received a confirmation email and then an SMS two days before the service as a reminder. On the day of the service, a team of two cleaners came on time and got to work immediately. Only one of them was speaking English, so I got worried that the other one might not be able to understand what I listed as priorities. But they did work hard to complete everything from it, and they did excellent work. Both of them were very kind, kept distance from me all the time, and they were wearing masks, gloves and overshoes. After they finished the one-off cleaning, they put on protective goggles and treated all surfaces with special antiviral detergent, which eliminates viruses and bacteria. I am more than happy with the service, and I would most definitely book another one-off cleaning in the coming weeks. I don't remember the names of the cleaners, a man and a woman, and I live near Holland Park W11, so Fantastic Services, please pass my gratitude to them. You've got a delighted customer here.
