Badly damaged property due to despicable service. HIRE ANYBODY BUT NOT THIS COMPANY!
My poor service experience quickly became a nightmare.
End of tenancy cleaning carried out at my property twice. It's one thing to waste time and money on poor cleaning, but it's a totally different matter when the property is damaged.
The first time, the service was really poor. The team left the flat dirty, dusty and definitely not worth the £260 my tenant paid for it.
Following my feedback (and a negative public review), their customer service team convinced me to accept another cleaning. Although I had already arranged for another company to do the job, I did not want to take the money from my tenant's deposit, so I accepted their insistent offer.
Well, I should not have done that! The second team, which came as a branded team cleaned the flat, but they badly damaged the engineered wooden floor in our open plan kitchen. Whatever chemical they used to scrub the oven was spilled on the floor and the rag they used to attempt cleaning their mess was left unattended right in the middle of the room, leaving another large dark stain on the floor.
This was clearly an unfortunate accident, that on its own is stressful to address. But to make matters worse, the cleaners have denied causing any damage despite pictures and video of before/after.
Now, I am not only left with a damaged floor and a potential delay in getting a new tenant in – causing loss of rent, but I am also wasting time and energy with a customer service team that is not empowered to be of any help.
No protocol, no insurance, no urgency. Absolutely zero accountability!
