We had an end of tenancy clean carried out by fantastic services. Before the date of the clean, I received a message to say they were charging us an extra 11.50 for the congestion zone charge. We lived in N1 which is not part of the congestion and I contacted them to advise this. I was told that we would not be charged.
On completing the clean, we received an invoice that included a 11.50 charge for congestion.
The oven had also been cleaned and a residue left on the top coil, when the inventory clerk turned the oven on, this smoked profusely. I contacted fantastic services immediately and asked could they return to clean the oven adequately. I was told that they do not clean this part of the oven and that there was nothing they could do. I then emailed them another 4 times over 10 days and was ignored. Nearly 3 weeks later I was told that they would refund the congestion fee and that they could go back to clean the oven and they admitted the operative must have accidentally sprayed cleaner on the coil. They are supposed to guarantee the clean for 72 hours after and this is why we chose the company. To then advise 3 weeks later they could return is awful service. Would definitely not recommend
