Never use this company I had their cleaner for normal work in my flat. They don’t speak a word one English. They never send the same person and they constantly try to change the time. The work is poor and they are super slow One of my tenants booked them for end of tenancy. They did not cleanly anything. The fridge was switched off and shut and now it smells. They booked carpet wash that did not happen. We had to call in another company to redo the work. The FS team refused to come back to correct the poor service I tried they removal company to move mattresses between 2 floors. The guys were unfit and had no clue how to handle the job All the 5 stars reviews on this site have clearly be written by them The company is a scam that should be investigated. They are from roumani and bring in people for a few weeks who need money and go back. There is no paperwork for their staffs and they are paid below the minimum wage
