I will definitely ask for the same technician next time I call the company! He did some magic to my carpet. I have two kids who love to play on our living room carpet, but that has its' price, a lot of stains and dirt on visible places in the room. The cleaner was extremely helpful and used professional equipment and products. He spent two hours in hard work and double treating some areas, and the result was just lovely! I can't recommend his work enough!
