Avoid avoid avoid!
Appalling punctuality.
Cleaners late 80% of the time, and 20% of the time simply don't turn up.
The cleaner is a different person, and they NEVER introduce themselves at the door, or identify themselves as being from Fantastic Services, meaning that you have to ask for their name and check that it actually is the cleaner.
It's usually 50/50 whether the cleaner will speak English, which ordinarily wouldn't matter, but as a different person comes every time, it means that you have to start from scratch trying to mime-explain where things are and what you want done.
Bare minimum cleaning style from all but 1 cleaner we have met in 2 years service, meaning that we had to create a list which told them to do things like clean the glass on bathroom mirrors, or wipe down the inside of the microwave, which are generally considered obvious tasks but apparently needed to be spelled out. The list then had to be translated into Bulgarian.
3 different cleaners talked on the phone throughout the appointment. I found one of these sitting chilling on the toilet lid having a phone conversation and not even pretending to be busy.
Multiple cleaners have turned up late and left early.
Don't be fooled into signing up for the Club; It means you'll be stuck with their services for a year.
They send numerous emails and text messages despite not being opted into any contact options.
All in all, frankly terrible.
But then, as one of the cheaper options on the market, probably no more than we deserve.
