I had used Fantastic Services a few years ago for an end of tenancy cleaning and found them great so on moving out of my current property I didn't hesitate to use their service again. The 4 cleaners arrived and got to work. I said I'd stay out of the way so I was outside my property while they cleaned. There were a couple of bags and some blankets left to remove as well as a Bluetooth speaker I had been using to play music from while I packed. When they arrived, I was sorting out their pay and display parking so totally forgot to remove the speaker from the kitchen countertop but asked them to let me know when I needed to move things and I would happily oblige. They told me they would move things and not to worry. After they finished I chatted to one of the cleaners who asked me how much my rent was, which I thought was a bit inappropriate but happily told her. After they left i noticed toilet roll was gone as well as a brand new bottle of washing up liquid. I was planning to leave those for the next tenants but didn't think too much of it - no big deal. I knew as cleaners they wouldn't dispose of a full bottle of cleaning liquid but didn't mind them taking it. However, I noticed that the Bluetooth speaker was now missing too. I looked everywhere for it. Nowhere to be found. I called the office number and when I said my speaker had disappeared the man on the phone said 'but you weren't supposed to have things in the property' as if it was my fault and anything left is available for stealing. I tried to resolve the matter in as kind and understanding way as I could, but it's now a week later and I've had repeated refusals to speak to anyone in charge. I've seen from some other reviews here the same copy and pasted reply when things are stolen, go to the authorities who will 'prove' whether something was taken. How will they prove that? Most people don't have CCTV in their homes. Fantastic Services need to take responsibility for theft, not repeatedly deny it, refuse to let their customers speak to management and refuse to reimburse their customers for their stolen goods. Do not use this service unless you are happy for your belongings to be taken without any further action from this company. A truly deplorable way to treat customers.
