DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Had the job done in London in Spring moving from Canary Wharf to Chiswick.
1. Bail and switch cost- paid triple the price quoted.
2. Did not clean the flat properly and the agency asked us to pay a fine for the moving out cleaning
3. Damaged belongings including expensive designer items and furniture.
4. Unprofessional team- arrived with no masks and gloves during the lockdown time
And the worst is that when showed the pictures attached to the team, they offered me 40£ back. That’s a joke.
