APPALLING EXPERIENCE, WE WERE RIPPED OFF! We paid an upfront membership and arranged a 4 hour cleaning service for a small 2 bedroom house and I have never been so conned. The lady simply did not provide a service, nothing was cleaned. The customer service was also appalling and did provide a sufficient solution or refund. She arrived an hour late, she started to clean upstairs and tidied up my dresser and hoovered the bedroom...after 15 minutes I asked her to start downstairs so I could get showered and then leave the house to let her carry on. When I came home, the only difference was a clean kitchen counter, bed was dressed (not in new sheets) and cushions tidied on our sofa. She did not sweep any of the floors, our tiny bathroom (2x2m) was not cleaned at all, clothes were not tidied, my daughters highchair was not cleaned, the list goes on. She certainly left soon after I left my house. Not only was I appalled at the lack of cleaning, I was also deeply offended that she thought she could get away with that. I genuinely felt conned. When I emailed customer service ( you can't call for complaints interestingly, you leave a voicemail), I received an email to say they would investigate but if I didn't hear from them within 7 days it would be considered closed. After pursuing hard, I was only offered 1 hour refund (£13)...they tried to tell me that cleaners sometimes cannot finish everything in the 4 hours so they have to prioritise....there is no way she spent a full hour cleaning. I clean the house in 3 hours but wanted a cleaner to get a break from it. Honestly I have never been so ripped off. In the end we applied for a chargeback from our bank and they would not return all of our money.
