Not sure where to start, not a lot went right with this booking. Booked in for an end of tenancy clean and was sold on the promise of their 72-hour guarantee.
On arrival they were very dismissive and unhelpful. I left them for the requested 3 hours to do the clean. When reviewing the clean it was apparent that there was a long list of things that had not been done. For example, they hadn't dusted a lot of areas, under the bed had been completely missed, the wooden floors seemed to be mopped with cold water, as none of the dirt had lifted and the floor was sticky. The external windows had not been cleaned, which I payed extra for, the cleaners said this isn't something they do. On top of these rectifiable issues, they had spilt bleach on the wooden work top, leaving two large marks. When I flagged all this with the two cleaners they said that they had to leave and I needed to call Fantastic Services. When calling to complain, your only option was to leave a voice mail, with a 'promise' that they will call you back within 30 minutes. I had to leave two voice messages 30 minutes apart from the other to finally receive a call back. They requested photos and said they would look into it. I sent the photos straight away. I was hoping that they would send someone round the next day as part of their 72-hour guarantee but no one got back to us. This all happened a few weeks ago and we are still fighting for a refund for the windows and a solution for the damaged work tops. They rarely reply and when they did they accused us of lying. This has been a very stressful and unpleasant service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
