My greatest compliment goes to the communication skills of the call centre staff. Since I’ve never booked a gardening service before, i had no idea what the procedure was, so I asked lots of questions. I had a polite young lady (at least she sounded young) give me detailed information about my every concern. I kept her on the phone for a long time, I’m pretty sure she was fed up with me after my first dozen questions, but she stayed calm and sweet until the end. Once I got properly introduced to the kind of work they do, I booked the lawn care service. The gardeners did a good job, I mean, how hard is it to cut grass? But my biggest praise goes to this sweet young lady on the phone. Good job, dear. I hope they pay you well.
