It's my first time having my house carpets cleaned. I made an appointment online, and a girl from the call centre contacted me the next morning to confirm areas to be serviced and the quote. I chose this company because of the many positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. My initial appointment was for the midday, but they were thoughtful and called me back when they had a morning cancellation. That worked best. Cleaners were on time, called before arriving, and were very polite and professional. They explained to me everything very well and were very thorough. Saved me from getting new carpets because my carpets look terrific and smell great. So, thanks, guys!
