I love the straight forward booking process. I think all service businesses should allow you to book online. The carpet cleaner arrived a few minutes earlier. He was very polite. My carpets were in pretty good shape already, but I like to keep them maintained. The cleaner did a good job cleaning them. The process from start to finish was easy and efficient. Thank you!
