Unfortunately despite their help My laptop and the web sight don't work, so have HAD to phone my order through. WoW! it is AMAZING how helpful and friendly the folk in this company are, I almost feel I'm talking to 'family'.
It is SO nice to find a company that actually CARES about the merchandise AND the 'punter' I sometimes feel I buy more ribbon than needed, just to have a friendly chat. thanks a million...you lot are ACE.
