Quality of ribbons and craft items in the parcel are very good.
Excellent customer service! The original parcel was damaged while in the post I was unsure how much was missing, a quick telephone call to Fantastic Ribbons and a new package was sent straight out. Somewhere in a sorting office are a lot of ribbons and craft items.
