I was sent a ribbon that I didn’t order because the one I ordered was out of stock , however this is not a ribbon I would have chosen. I called the number on the receipt & spoke to a lovely man who straight away offered me a refund- I chose not to accept the refund as I know the company is trying its best, but I did suggest contacting the customer & offering an alternative rather than just sending them something different! I will use this company again in the future, because of the normal choice on offer & the good service
