Excellent from start to finish! I completely mucked up my booking with the wrong airport for pick/up and drop off...and then an unexpected stay in hospital made for a last minute cancellation of the first day. Ken was nothing but gracious and kind about it all. The car was exactly what we booked. Clean, tidy, and delivered by a lovely couple in Kaitaia with a smile. Thank you all so much. I would highly recommend this company.
