Efficient pick up arrangements. Car very satisfactory. Dropped off at Whangarei airport where I found it difficult to find the drop box. I looked carefully among the other car rental companies on the right as you look at them and couldn't see where to drop the key. It was only when the lady for ? Hertz came back that she told me where the box was. I said I had nearly put the keys in her drop box, she said it would have been ok because she would have given the keys to you. The 2 parking spots for your company were full so we left it in a Hertz spot. Minor criticisms these. As mentioned all went well with no complaints
